FMM Kent offers a variety of programs for inmates including:

-Biblical Life Principles Program-a specialized set of classes designed to reduce recidivism by immersing men in biblically-based teaching and scripture 5 hours a day, 5 days a week for a 10 week period. The response to this program has been tremendous and we hope to continue expanding it to include even more men and women

-Bibles on request (over 2400 handed out annually)

-Self-study Bible courses and curriculum

-Weekly Church Services (41 different services each week)

-Group Bible studies lead by an FMM volunteer

-Prayer Groups

-One-on-one Biblical counseling

-Mentoring program to assist inmates with adjusting to life upon release

- Genesis Group:  We are a group of area professionals (pastors, lawyers, probation/parole officers, psychologists, and chaplains) and concerned citizens that have come together with the expressed purpose of helping churches and Registered Sex Offenders. It is our belief that sex offenders have become a despised segment of our population and in many cases, we can compare their treatment to lepers. We also feel that society isn’t any safer by keeping sex offenders isolated. The goal of no more victims can be best achieved by relationships and accountability. Volunteer Opportunities

Please pray for our ministry. Pray that we will continue to reach inmates for Jesus, for the safety of our chaplain and volunteers, and for the Lord to open doors for us in Kent and other jails across the state.

Volunteer. Contact the chaplain's office at the above phone number and email for more information on volunteering in our worship services, Bible studies, or as a mentor. We also love volunteers who like to organize, file and help with event planning!

Represent FMM at your church. We are always looking for local partners to share the story of FMM in their church and help promote upcoming events and fundraisers.
