Your support helped Michele confront the darkness that led her to the county jail. God played a role in her life, but Michele was on a self-destructive path. She knew things had to change.

Michele discovered that a women’s Bible study was offered in the jail through Forgotten Man Ministries. Soon she was attending studies every chance she got. One day, the chaplain offered Michele the FMM self-study Bible course and she started studying the Bible on her own. Michele completed the first series of ten books in three weeks and received the FMM award Bible.

“It was an honor to receive my Study Bible from Chaplain Scott. I felt more joy in that moment than I had in a very long time. I was so proud of myself and my husband, John, kept telling me how proud he was of me too.”

Michele has continued to use FMM Bible Courses even as she has returned home. Following Christ is a lifelong journey.
