“Jail is not a desirable place to be, but it was the place that saved me, thanks to Forgotten Man Ministries…it’s not a job for them-they are just trying to shed love on the most broken part of a broken city.”
-Joshua Stanton, Genesee County
Forgotten Man Ministries believes in the redemption, rehabilitation and restoration of inmates through Jesus Christ.
We empower chaplains and volunteers to share hope and salvation with the “forgotten” men and women incarcerated in Michigan’s county jails.

Christmas at the Jail is a special event celebrated in most of our missions. Each year, volunteers put together gift bags for each inmate in the jail and hand them out. Inmates are so grateful for this small gesture. Thank you to all the volunteers who made CAJ possible!
